I asked for information because I got a wonderful box. your hotel is on the list. So I called them to find out if it would be possible to book with them with the program I have right with my wonderbox. from there I will be asked what time. I'll tell him juli when they're in a position. he answers to me: yes, but no and they hang on me! no, but seriously! I called back to get more information about his rejection. he hasn't answered me anymore! Honestly, what is that? that we don't accept any miracles I can hear. but we do not depend on such people! as always. Zero stars for me!
We had a lovely weekend at this historic hotel. Covid 19 requires, barrier gesture respected, hydro-alcoholic gel available, disinfected and clean room. Listening hosts, staff who put customers at ease, a restaurant that is absolutely recommended for lovers of good food. Nice breakfast. We appreciated the moments of relaxation at the swimming pool or bath towel, cushion of chairs are made available free of charge. Good value for money. With our thanks, Estelle and Patrick
space to absolutely avoid! the person she receives is unacceptable! because we had a smartbox, I think that mr doesn't like it at all. when we went to dinner, we were offered only a menu if they like it is good if they don't like it too bad for them! we were not in the position of spa and the whirlpool that was included in the box, no offer of them. if we're gone we weren't asked if we had a good stay, a thing is safe, we won't see each other again
personal not always pleasant. very disappointed by our stay with friends. we were 10 adults, we didn't tell our drinks, and we left a very nice note when we were gone. no coffee offered! a commercial gesture would have been estimated. no heating in our room. brown deposits came from the shower!
