Wir möchten hier einfach mal Danke sagen an das Team vom Birgsauer Hof! Wir waren jetzt des öfteren in der Birgsau zum Essen, und es war einfach super gut ! Eine Speisekarte die sich so toll liest hab ich zwar schon des öfteren gehabt, aber hier hat auch geschmacklich alles gepasst. Mein Wolfsbarsch-Filet mit lila Kartoffelsalat ist sowas von gut gewesen, ich komme schon wieder ins Schwärmen ! Das Service Team ist kompetent, zuvorkommend und vollkommen entspannt ! Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf unser Silvester Menü im Birgsauer Hof! Herzlichen Dank !

We would just like to thank you for the team of Birgsauer Hof! We have eaten more often in Birgsau, and it was just super good! I had a menu that reads much more often, but here everything was nice. My wolf bass fillet with purple potato salad was so good, I come back to the swarm! The service team is competent, friendly and completely relaxed! I look forward to our new year menu at Birgsauer Hof! Thank you.

We have visited the wild dishes from the local Stillachtal to enjoy the first cream! The ambience and service are also true! After eating you have to take a walk in the valley to make wonderful nature in the mountains. Recommended without restriction.

I can only recommend this restaurant. The dishes are a poem. The service is simply wonderful. I'm back. A great praise for the kitchen.
