probably the most friendly staff we met on our trip to France. they even gave us a guide for the English translation of French, which were issued by the local Chamber of Commerce. the staff was attentive, the service was fast, had made our picture with the cook....Had a great time. eating was very good, beautifully presented, good selection and good desserts. very nice dining room. the two server scobbled as two large groups were close to tables, but we never stopped. the owner came and spoke to us, said she was once duluth, minnesota in the usa. we encouraged them to come back and go to florida instead. I'd come back here. I wish we had stayed in their hotel.

The restaurant at Hotel-Restaurant-des-Vosges in Lutzelbourg, France is worth a visit. Lutzelbourg is a small charming French village. And what a pleasant surprise not only to find a very comfortable and affortable HOTEL but also a RESTAURANT with a great chef serving...authentic French food. Charming surroundings very nice atmosphere and very helpful and kind staff. THANK YOU!

this historic hotel is famous for being where hitler with his poor on the boxday in the kitchen and wein are big, the prices reasonable and the staff very friendly. like most places in this region france, vegetarian find little choice....However, the employees were very courting and meat for goat cheese swapped on one of the dishes.

after a walk through the village we had plat du jour and enjoyed every cure. the personal was friendly and spoke English (in an area where this is rare) to help us

great people and good food at the price. trout awesome. venison ragout fantastic. merengue is perfect. nice place.
