We were excited that this hotel makes use of local ingredients and features them in specials on their menu. During asparagus season they had several offerings to highlight the wonder that is white and green German asparagus. We enjoyed all of our food very much. My mother discovered a new mixed drink that she loved (the Hugo). The server was polite and solicitous. He forgot to bring a couple things when asked and was embarrassed. I think with a little more time and training he will be an excellent server. There were 20 of us here on a bike tour around Constance Lake. The driver who loaded our luggage has been treated rudely. He could not park near the door to unload our luggage. The food was okay, but the staff was rude. We all had to go to the bar to order drinks. No one would take our order at the table. We had planned a three course meal before our arrival, and after we had waited 30 minutes after our meal, we were all tired and just went to our rooms without dessert.
