Restaurant L'Ardoise

This restaurant was a real discovery. the menu' of the day surprised me (epate' as they say in france) for the care in preparation and for the associations of flavors: appetizer with cheese and honey crouton; the main dish (for me vegetarians) a cucumber puree with a potato tortine, with beans in sauce and salad bed, a real delight; sweet, baked apple with syrup to the fruits of the forest. all for only 13€. when the good gets married with the beautiful at a fair price

the concept of receiving all the dishes once on a slate is nice apart from the non-practice side of having 3 plates in front of yourself to eat. service is suitable and the kitchen is good. the value-for-price ratio is more than correct. only real flat the room that would deserve a restructuring. She looks a little too much like a canteen. the establishment deserves better. I'll come and try some other slates.

The food is good, the meat is tender. the menu of various wines. I'm going back every time with pleasure.
