I am from Montreal and I have tried almost all of the most well-known poutineries in the city, and Le Bidon has nothing to envy to La Banquise. Good poutine, good food, nice quirky interior. The staff is on point.

Simple hot-dog and patate shack, you sit on old metal milk containers as stools. The place is known for having great poutines. It's what I suggest you have.
