excellent discovery through chalon. the property is located in the street of restaurants close to the saône. a season kitchen of very good bill (potiron soup, thousand mussel leaf) then calfskin head gribiche sauce, pork cheeks at an absolutely reasonable price. A couple of charming restaurateur (he in the oven and she in the room) we'll surely come back when we're on the chalon side!

reception and very nice table, generous plates. Just a lack of heat for the mussel millefeuille. good address to be recommended.
