Must be a new owner! Very bad experience. Maybe if you're local, they'll take care of you, but I took my family as a treat and it was disappointing. Starting with the hostess was not very pleasant. She was more interested in other locals than us. I ordered a bottle of champagne €180.00, came only limited cold and no Amuses Bouches! It's terrible for a restaurant like this and France. After that we gave our order to start with white asparagus and all arrived green. No apology or ask if it was a problem before putting them on the table.
