Restaurant Lincoln

I love this restaurant! Traditional Swiss food cooked to perfection in a very refined and humble setting, a must. The ingredients are mostly locally sourced. The team loves what they do and they know how to cook! I always come back! My mom chose the breaded veal with Rösti(their Rösti is unbeatable) and my choice is the trout with fresh chanterelles! Bon Appetit!

The four of us had a family reunion at the Lincoln. The landlady, Ms. Kilchenmann, is a smart and excellent host. Your life partner is an excellent cook. The beef fillet cubes in a fine sauce you can't beat it. What a treat. Many thanks.
