Restaurant Oban Inn

We had dinner 3 times over the course of the 2022 summer. First experience was great, at our second visit, we ordered their lobster pasta dish. Between May and September, the dish size was significantly reduced! Wow! They cut on the cheapest ingredient: pasta! We...finally give them a third try (thinking that the second visit was an outlier)… We ordered their reserved Ribeye… All dishes came cook perfectly on the inside but were ALL calcined on the outside. Tasted char! Not acceptable! I do not recommend them at all. When someone pay $75-$80 per person, one should expect QUALITY. Shame on OBAN Inn restaurant!

I had a fabulous and quiet lunch last week before a massage appointment at the Oban Spa and decided to pop in for a bite to eat before my appointment. My meal was delicious and light I went with the truffle mushroom and chèvre...quiche with the autumn salad. The service was equally outstanding. Stephen made wonderful lunch suggestions and even took the time to chat with me about his favourite spots in the area. I’m never disappointment when I come here. The Oban Inn and Restaurant is a charming gem in Niagara on the Lake and I look forward to my next visit!

Beautiful location and building... cozy room...unbelievable selection of entres Everyone had something different and everyone was super pleased. I had steak and it was done to perfection. Many many desserts offered ....too difficult to choose as I loved them all. Excellent quick service. Our waiter...was so charming and a very helpful, friendly man. Dinner was absolute perfection. Going back ASAP!

Loved the atmosphere and the wait staff were friendly. I received less lamb chops than were pictured, but they were delicious. The creme brûlée was just ok~ but I'm sure that was a fluke. I'd definitely go again.

Terrible night of thirst snd insomnia. Why on earth would a restaurant claiming high repute lace it’s pricy steak with MSG??? Very disappointed. Will not go back…
