for our return of aachen we planned another station in monschau. the medieval town with idyllic shopping houses we wanted to see each other for a long time. for dinner I had put the scavenger with the restaurant schnabuleum in the eyes. This restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants when we visit the region. The food is very well prepared, with fresh ingredients and excellently seasoned with delicious combination of various herbs. Your menu is not so big, but contains excellent fresh dishes. We think they focus on the quality instead of the amount that is a perfect choice for us! Your special desert, Zabaglione, is a must for all who visit this restaurant as you can see directly how they do it (they make it in the middle of the dining room). Previous excellent comments confirmed by our visit to Aug 15. Qualitative and attractive interior. Very friendly service with also Italian cook very present and always quiet. All places of 7pm of mostly couples. Too bad that some tables of 4 could not be separated. Several couples had to be denied access. Limited menu, but excellent additional suggestions. Very high quality of food and its presentation. Prosecco and house wine were more than OK. Overall quality is excellent compared to the price. Only 90€ for a 3-course menu including Apero and wine. We came to Restraunt Olive and were warmly welcomed by one of the waiters. Unfortunately, he didn't speak much English, which made it a little hard to tell him my husband is Celiac. He kindly told us that our pizza takes longer because they are fresh. When our food arrived, all meals were fresh and full of taste. We all enjoyed our meal so much for the food was delicious. We recommend this to everyone for food is a good quality.

Very friendly people, an Italian note with attention to children is very welcome. The food is solid, but quite normal. Nothing special but solid enough to recommend for a less demanding meal. Tiramisu was pretty good.
