I have a rule, Never comment on food as appreciation is subjective but this time I decided to make an exception! And for cause. I don't remember ever having such a sublime pizza as this one! And yet I ate tons of them, including often in Italy. But this is another dimension. Extra ordinary. A treat for the taste buds that makes it salty just by thinking about it. Paste not too thin or too thick, slightly crunchy, quality products, perfect cooking and above all, especially foods that do not detache themselves from the dough at each knife. And it's so rare....

Sommes came to dinner after the IMIS game. Arrival 22:30 and reception top. Smiling and coming staff. I recommend the bocconcini, a real killing, but you have to have a good appetite. To accompany, I recommend a glass of a glass of adrepulciano of abruzzo, Corsican but very pleasant. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was well filled and the dishes arrived in a perfect timing.
