Restaurant Pfeffermuhle

This restaurant is attached to the Hotel Alexander whose front office staff has gone above and beyond in terms of service. I can’t say enough good things about that. However, service at the Restaurant Pfeffermühle was beyond atrocious. We sat down for a 7:30 pm reservation and got our food over an hour later, abandoned by the wait staff at one point for 30 minutes. We literally got up twice to ask for our carafe of water to be refilled by some random waiter. My husband’s kabob was overcooked and the two burgers were uncooked in the middle (not undercooked, UNcooked) so we sent them back so as not to get E. coli. Wir haben hier zweimal während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts gegessen. Die Auswahl an Speisen war in Ordnung, selbst unserem Hund hat es gefallen. Beim Service hätte ich eine häufigere Nachfrage erwartet, so bliebt es häufig nur bei einem Getränk. Schade

Fresh ingredients and generous portions. The perfect apres ski menu, filled with taste, a relaxing ambience and delightful staff. Very enjoyed our visit.

We were hungry and this restaurant offered delicious options from, steaks, burgers, pizza and pasta. Friendly staff, quite pricey but delicious.

In the centre of Kirgberg in Tirol. Friendly staff. Good food. Burger and sweet patato fries. For a good price
