First, the waitress doesn't speak german or english. Second, she seated me on a caffe table in the corner in an empty restaurant, as if i'm there on punishment and not a paying customer. Third, they offer only chips or boiled potatoes with the steak, so i decided to order spaghetti bolognese. When the dish came, it literally stank. I returned it after one bite. Either the meat was old or the sauce was cooked days before. Then came a young man with the cook. Without introducing himself of who he is, he then tried to convince me the sauce is, guess, yeah, from that day. They charged me for the spaghetti nevertheless. They care only about the money. I'll never go back again and wouldn't recomen...

We were group of friend ages 15 to 55. The service was very, very slow. It took forever to get the drinks and then the food came even slower. I wouldn 't bother writing a review unless the quality of the food was good however, unfortunately the dishes, soups (tomato and onion) were poor and the Thai curry and Tagliatelle carbonara were not tasty at all. Not to mention that the tagliatelle was a spaghetti that was over cooked and mushy. It is my second time here. Last time it was 4 years ago and the review said Good pizza and pasta so so . With the experience today, I have made up my mind not to come again to this place.

What happened to this restaurant?! We've never been treated so badly here! We ordered Takeaway Pizza and a lasagna and we should wait at the bar, but although we asked two different employees, we didn't get a drink while we waited! They both said: “Yes, in a minute,” but just did other things like clearing tables and other drinks. When the order finally arrived, the lasagna was tiny and looked like it had been punched from a great height into the container, as well as the pizzas!! No excuse, no smile, nothing. Maybe they only like to serve people at the tables, in this case they should not offer a takeaway service!

The place looks very nice, we sat two friends after a long day of skiing. The service is very friendly and we have our food very fast, which was good. I had a pizza that the place is famous, these are real wood stove pizza and it was really good, probably the best I had in Austria. Would definitely recommend for families, but also for couples as the atmosphere is really classic and beautiful.

My friends adored the spare ribs, but I got a tasteless filet steak on vegetables covered with oil (that I had to pay an extra €8 for , and only got to speak to a member of staff after trying for *a minimum of* 20 mins
