We are a group of ten, it is 1:30 pm and we are looking for a place to restore us in this beautiful region of castagniccia. the person in charge welcomes us with reserve: the sky is uncertain and it has "no big thing to propose". In front of our insistence, it offers a range of local products and installs a table on the terrace. a huge tray arrives: local charcuterie, homemade terrine, salad, delicious cheese dough, salad, Corsican cheese and homemade fiadone. one of the best meals of our Corsica journey with wine and coffee and for a modest sum of about 15€ per person. hospitality and Corsican authenticity! sometimes there are unpredictable moments and magical places in a journey.
