Suddenly I found myself in the middle of a lunch meeting in this restaurant and was impressed by the food quality and commitment to the preparation. Of course raised meat and ingeniously prepared. It's kind of out of the way, but something you have to try. One of the best meats in Colombia. Her juices are all natural with nothing else pure orange juice. A person in our group ordered the codillo de cerdro. It was slowly cooked for 48 h and the meat fell from the bone. I had a Bife de chorizo and was very good and tasty. On a side note I could meet the owner. What a candidate and great man. Sure, this will be a permanent stop in my trips to Medellin. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy...
