Fellini is a nice Italian restaurant in downtown Göttingen. We sat on the terrace and thanks to the heating mushrooms it is also very pleasant to sit outside on cooler days, also until late in the evening. I felt like a holiday. The service was friendly and attentive. To dinner, I had a rocola tomato salad and my friend had a meat dish. He was happy, the dressing was a little too mad. I had seen later that I could express a wish at the dressing, a pity that I missed. All in all, Fellini is a nice little restaurant. I'll come back and then maybe order a pizza.

I am in Göttingen for a business, that´s why I am alone, not with my partner. I got recommendation about this restaurant and decided to go after walking around the Christmas Market. I got in and asked If there is space for a one person. I was told ”no”. It took me some time to get out from the restaurant so heard that there was a space for a couple who came just after me (they did not have reservation). That really hurt. Feels like that a single person is totally worthless. If I ever get back to this town, I do not enter this restaurant.
This is not a review of the food at Fellini, because we never got to try it… According to Tripadvisor it was open until 00:00 and we were a bit late to town, but were there 21:45 and we were then told thwy had closed for the evening, even if it was a note on the door that they didn’t close before 22:30. So yeah, never got to taste the food so this is just a bad review due to not keeping to opening hours and we were hungry.
