Este restaurante costumava ser uma visita regular sempre que estávamos no Algarve. Recomendado por amigos locais, você sempre conseguiu uma boa refeição entre os habitantes locais. Ao chegarmos este ano, inicialmente pensamos que o restaurante tinha sido reformado e redecorado, móveis novos, etc. No entanto, agora descobrimos que ele tem uma nova administração e como eu gostaria que os antigos voltassem. Os habitantes locais se foram. Subiram os preços e o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Trouxeram-nos um prato de azeitonas e descobrimos ali um caroço com uma azeitona meio comida. What an amazing experience this was! We were here with our three kids and were sitting outside next to the market. The best food and most authentic place where we have eaten in the Algarve in 10 days. The clams were already out of this world, but the shrimps are outstanding and the best I ever had. When I gave a nice tip as a gesture of my happiness, the whole team got excited and we were offered some nice port of the house. The service was so kind and real and the chef cook and owner comes to your table to see if you like the food. The value for money is amazing. We will come back for sure!!! Thanks for giving us the authentic Loule feeling!

So sad! This used to be our favorite place to eat in Loule. Now with the new owners it has changed completely. I really felt ripped of when we received the clams “at market Price” for 19€ for a starters portion. I asked for an alvarinho wine and they did not have such wine and they recommended me another one… when we got the bill, it was the most expensive one on the card. Also the food went down in quality big time, while the prices went also up big time….so unfortunate that those authentic restaurants disappear for commercial ones. Dear TripAdvisor please adjust the € mark…. It’s now €€€ at least.

Visitei este restaurante, como uma família de quatro pessoas, em duas ocasiões durante a nossa estadia. Fantástico peixe e carne fresca num autêntico restaurante português. Éramos os únicos turistas no restaurante em ambas as ocasiões. Ótimo valor, ótimo serviço e comida adorável. Reserve uma mesa agora

This is where the locals eat good quality, fresh and cheap fish. The atmosphere is simple but engaging. And it is guaranteed that you will have a memorable meal, if you like the traditional portuguese cuisine

Food was good, the place is nice, what you would expect from a typical Portuguese restaurant. The only let down was the staff forgot to put our order in so had to wait 40 mins.

Typical familyrestaurant We had Cataplana and it was delicious Fresh and tasty! Desserts are homenade. Friendly and welcoming service. No credit cards.

Very disappointing lunch here. Poor service and food swimming with oil. No effort made. We had to go inside to request cutlery.
