I frequented Tunja regularly over past six months, and always found myself at Madame Lili whenever I stopped by the city. This is the perfect place to do business or homework, go on a date, or meet up with friends for a drink or dinner....Softly lit lights hang from a clear ceiling adorned in vines and vibrant paintings cover the walls while soft music plays throughout the café.
