Oh the Rhapsody burger (or the sliders! the best burger in town! The food is great and the staff are friendly. It’s a comfortable atmosphere that is quiet for lunch meetings or early evening family dinners. Go for later dinner with friends and hang around for the comedy night or live music. There are two sides to the restaurant. One side is more lounge with upholstered couches and high top tables and a bar. The larger side is for live music and comedy. It gets quite busy on the weekends. They make a good Old Fashioned! Enjoy! Downtown Kitchener is finally coming alive and glad there is this type of venue for office lunch crowd and the condo owners who want to walk to a good bar and restauran...

I go here often , typically when I am at home and feel like grabbing a beer in the evening . I like the live music and they usually have some good bands playing. I was rather surprised though when the usually courteous staff one evening asked me to move away from one particular corner since I was making people uncomfortable . This in my opinion had mildly racial overtones and trust me I would love to believe that 's not the case) . I did try asking why that may be the case but was told that my staying there would create trouble. I was surprised by the obtuse choice of words . This did disappoint me as I usually like this place and the music there, but it is what it is.

The dishes we ordered were much better than the decor, so the food was worth it. It was a little loud on a Saturday night because of a very active comedy room and lots of people in the main area (which is fine if you like a thriving place to go). We got some apps and they were perfectly done. The wine list could have had a couple more choices. The staff was great at getting us our food and kept checking on us.

We loved the live band atmosphere but the food was terrible! Our warmed olive tapas at $9 were warmed up jar olives from the store! The calamari was deep fried and that’s it, and fish tacos were bland. To charge as much as they do for food they could put some effort in it felt like there was no care for the food. We won’t ever come back.

Love, love, love this place. This is a great live music venue for couples or big groups. Love the service staff. Love the atmosphere
