We stopped here for lunch by chance. The parking space we found was on the adjacent corner to the hotel / restaurant. We found the attractive garden and outdoor seating to be inviting. The service was excellent. Fortunately, our server was multi-lingual which made our experience that much nicer. We were all pleased with our meals and found the food to be among the best we had in the area. This should be on your go to list if your in the Assmannshausen / Rudesheim area.

Late lunch in a lovely outside seating area facing the Rhine. Enjoyed fresh whole fish and giant salad with grilled veggies and shrimp. Nice selection of dark local beers and Riesling wines. Friendly service and good prices. Loved our lunch. Nice hotel as well.

We stumbled upon this pretty place, tables outdoors in a flower garden under striped umbrellas. The waitress was most friendly, spoke English. Good food and wine at reasonable prices. We returned the following night, couldn't do better.

My family and I ate here 3 times in the five days we were in this area. The service and food are exceptional. Get here and enjoy!
