Rib Chop House St. George, Utah

Nah, just keep moving people, nothing to see here. In fairness the gumbo and sweet potato fries were really good. Unfortunately the main dishes bombed and not in a good way. They brag seafood so fresh Utah must be oceanfront, nope. Pasta always so very not special, with a bland Alfredo sauce, seafood wasn't even mediocre. Scallops smaller than dimes. Sandwich had thin cut dry chicken smothered in bacon bits, nope. Asked about lemonade and was told it's minute maid but saw menu as we were leaving they tout fancy lemonade so either the menu is lying or the waitress was. Sorry, this review is for Pork Belly's, Google released it in the wrong place, I'll change it. We love their cowboy deaths. I had the Mac Cheese with pork and it was okay, I didn't love it tonight, but the toys were amazing and everyone loved their individual dishes. Overall, their zets are my favorite items then normally I'm not a giant fan of them), we get them every time. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and rustic. We are always happy to go there and be back again, I am the future.

We love Rib Chop House and were in numerous places. The staff was so friendly from the time we went into the door until we were gone. Our server, Jimmy, was incredible. He accepted all our wishes and so fast. He was funny and a great server. Our food was excellent. I had the shrimp and Scallop Pasta Alfredo. The part was very big and I have more for tomorrow. The Calamari was also excellent as the ribs and ribbed eye. We can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our visit here. The interior was quite rich and stylish. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She often came to the tables. Eatingly, this place may not be the best we have tried, but it's okay. The artichoke hearts were louder and too salty. The corn-shrimp soup was okay, but also quite sharp. Shrimp/Scallop Pasta was pretty good, but too oily. However, the seafood was very fresh.

Absolutely the best place in St. George! The best bartenders! Maddi and Hannah Rock! Abby in front of the house always has a smile and Anna is the coolest server in place! They were all fantastic in the last two years I was a customer. I work here two weeks a month and it's my favorite place in town. I feel like home. 100% recommended.
