We have been to most Star Restaurants in Switzerland and really enjoy gastronomy and are from the profession. When you go to a 2 Michelin Star restaurant, the expectations are high and to be fair, set by the Guide. We were on our 20th anniversary...on Friday the 13th 2019. We expected outstanding food, elegance in service and impeccable hospitality. First when we walk in, there is a waiter who seems clueless and let’s us stand there and wait for someone else to bring to our table. The menu, was on the table and looked like a pizzeria menu. We had dinner with my friends in this restaurant some weeks ago. The visit left us quite unsatisfied, and I feel it's important to share my experience honestly. Read this review if you want to avoid the same harsh experience! While the ambiance and service were okay, I cannot overlook the significant issue we encountered after dining here. Unfortunately, a few hours after my meal, we experienced severe digestive discomfort, and it was evident that the food was the reason, since three of us had the same issue for consecutive 3 days. This was quite disappointing and uncomfortable, to say the least. Moreover, after contacting the restaurant with an official letter stating this issue, no answer...

Located close to Zurich on the lakeside, this restaurant serves amazing food. We ordered three courses and all of them were excellent. The summer venison dish was beyond description. I would suggest not to miss it if you go to this restaurant. Because of the...weather, we had to sit inside but they do have outdoor sitting arrangements. Although relatively expensive, we decided to visit this restaurant again in the near future.

Brilliant food! Michelin stars well earned as this is creative dining that can be limited in Zurich. The staff complement the food well my 8 wine pairing with the degustation was the perfect match.

Rico is the best chef in the canton of Zurich. You can tell that he learned his culinary skills from Maitre Robouchon.
