the corner of pepe is one of the restaurants that is worth visiting in alcalá the real. the property, located very close to the walk of the poplars, is small and cozy, decorated in rustic style, although it has recently expanded its dining room at the back of the place with a much more modern and current decoration area. also has a good terrace for the summer. with more than 30 years of history, the corner of the pepe offers a good repertoire of tapas and wines where to taste the most typical gastronomy of jaén, made in much of local products. some examples of tapas are: boquerones full of peppers, ticket coke, homemade croquettes, cod with mashed potatoes and tomato, foie cake, lobster caps...
