On a whistle-stop tour to the Basque country to watch the Vuelta would have been rude not to visit the world famous Rioja wine region. On looking at other reviews this looked like a great trip that could be somewhat personalised and would give a more rounded view of the region and not just visiting a few wineries. We had a great day with Rebeca touring 3 Bodegas including lunch in LaGuardia which is must place to visit. The 3 Bodegas we visited were Bohedal, Lecea and Marques de Riscal. All were very different in their own way from producing wine in caves, to a small independent Bodega to a large producer. All staff were very friendly and helpful during the tours especially during the 2 smaller Bodega tours. We had such an amazing time on our tour with Rioja Like a Native. Booking with Rebecca was a great consultative process and Robert was a fantastic guide and made it feel more like touring with a friend than a guide. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, having fun and learning. We visited the Rioja region with friends recently on the back of my love for the local Rioja wine and were not disappointed.
