A friend and I celebrated Peruvian independence day here! Her heritage suggested the dishes for the day. Sampler, ceviche, humira, basil minestrone soup all delicious and fast service. All dishes came at once! Peruvian lasagna and seafood ceviche for my partner was outstanding. Fast service and a two person chilean band completed the fabulous time. High quality ingredients. We will be back!

Rio's is a hidden gem in Addison. I would try a weekday lunch special to be able to taste some of their Peruvian offerings a little more affordably. Even though my lunch the other day was a bit pricey, there serving sizes made up for that. I love the fried bananas, the Lomo Saltado, and my dad has the Chaufa when he is in town. Service: Take out

The food was delicious unfortunately the servers need more training. The servers rushed us and had a very bad body language. I understand they need to gather the order, but the time frame wasn’t critical and the restaurant was almost empty. I hope they can receive the training that they need. Thank you!
