Rise Bagel Co. - Reservar uma mesa

My family and I ate here for breakfast this morning. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but there’s not really another option here. First off, the staff was really friendly and this review has nothing to do with service. It has everything to do with the food. We ordered three bagel sandwiches and two coffees. The total hovered around $55. I ordered the smoked salmon on everything…don’t order the smoked salmon. I expected nova lox or really any type of thinly smoked lox-type salmon. What I received was more akin to fully cooked smoked salmon that had more in common with canned tuna than it did with actual lox.The bagels are tough. Like really tough. Not chewy or soft in a good way like bag...

Organic bagels, vegan spreads, great coffee, and all compostable packaging? YES PLEASE! Whether you live here or are in town visiting, Rise is a great spot to hang out, drink coffee eat the only good (in my opinion) bagels in town! Updated from previous review on 2017 11 20

Was surprised by how delicious the vegan scallion cream cheese is. Would give them 5 stars if I could, but apparently that’s for only fully vegan and vegetarian places.

The vegan sausage is simply unbelievable and the entire bagel does not shed!

Taste is as close to a NYC bagel as one can get in Minnesota.
