Update: I went back a second time and thought I would update. The bagel was good, but for something quite simple (bag cream cheese, only egg and sausage), it fits too much too expensive in my opinion. There is quite just a vegan bagel option and it could easily be made at home. I had better bagels at a cheaper price, but given the fact that vegan bagels are somewhat difficult to come from in Minnesota, it could be worth for you if you really want one. I loved the support of vegan options, but financially, it makes more sense for me to make my own bagels at home and customize them. got two and had halves: vegan bagel w sausage n just egg, and the vegan rosemary cheese on rosemary bagel. loved the rosemary cream cheese, but the rest was average. lively place, friendly server, cute atmosphere

They used to have an amazing cashew-based cream cheese that they have made, but on a disgusting one that has milk allergens from general mills. Will not come back until they turn back.

The vegan sausage is simply unbelievable and the entire bagel does not shed!

Taste is as close to a NYC bagel as one can get in Minnesota.
