--- During our visit, we encountered some inefficiencies in the service that could be improved. Ideally, when a customer places an order, the restaurant could prioritize the simpler items first. This way, customers can enjoy them while waiting for the more complex dishes to be prepared. If customers are greeted with a smile and thanked for their order, it creates a welcoming atmosphere. Just now had the worst experience at Rita's ever. Staff is unprofessional. The girl had her ear pods in (which is fine if you can multi-task but when you are only giving me gestures and sounds when responding to my question then there goes the issue. Wasn't engaging at all. Didn't even know her line was open she was just sitting there on her phone and looking at her nails I guess. I asked her is your line open she gave me a very slight nod so I asked again and got the same nod. So I'm making my selection and I say blendini and she says uh huh and proceeds to walk off and make it. Then she comes back ask for the payment and I give her my card , she comes back and hands me the card and I said...

The Dover location has become a joke. You wait in line forever. The employees move slower then a snail. You have two types of products (water ice and custered) your not preparing a full meal. Their is no sense in having five customers in front of you and it takes over 25 minutes. I stood in line there at the beginning of the season for over 40 minutes. I drive to the Milford location for snappy service.

it was my first time there. I came right before some others, but the others were waiting for me. the only reason I didn't say anything was because I didn't know what I wanted. the girl waiting for me was good knowledgeable, even if rita’s is expensive, I will be back Reserve uma mesa agora

This is a fantastic spot for frozen treats like ice and custard. I visited with my fiancé's family, and I loved the shaded seating area at the back of the building, which was perfect for a hot day.

I love their Ice Flights. It is such a wonderful way to experience flavors I might want to but had not previously tried. Pretty good price. I love it.
