River City Pub & Patio

We arrived without a reservation and with a 9 month old in a stroller. While we were apprehensive about bringing in the baby, they were accommodating and found us an out of the way place to tuck the stroller and entertain the child without bothering other customers. They made us feel very welcome! The meal was OUTSTANDING! I had the halibut, and it was juicy, sweet, and flavourful. According to those that had it, the steak was very good too. The price was more than reasonable, and service was excellent. All enhanced by tasteful decor and a live jazz band playing in the background! Next time, I will order their lamb, reputed to be out of this world.

Jay was our bartender and server and he was incredible. He was attentive, talkative, but not too much. His experience in the industry shows. My guy and I are both industry and Jay was an all star. We highly recommend this place any day of the week. - Pam n Doyle

Stopped for Mt Begbie beer and a burger. Service was good, atmosphere was great and the food tasty. Burger and fries were good and lots of it. I left happy and satisfied.

Great place to stop and have a cold refreshment and snack. Friendly staff. Outside seating areas which is perfect on a sunny day. Awesome burgers.
