River Lady Cruises

I just needed to talk about our River Lady cruise last night. The trip was from our 55+ community in Monroe, NJ. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and quality of our experience. Sometimes groups such as our's are challenging to deal with. The patience and respect that the entire staff showed us as well as all guests, was wonderful to see. The meal choices were varied and of good quality. Preparing and distributing food for about 100 people is a difficult task. This was accomplished with great professionalism. Service was quick and efficient. Overall, a great time. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly. The food was delicious, large portions. The boat was clean! That being said, the website was misleading or is outdated. The website states sodas, ice tea are included; they were not, they were $2 for initial, $1 for refills....it states a few mixed drinks/frozen drinks are available for purchase; they were not. Also, the dinner cruise got the Condensed narration as referenced by the Captian....which was basically nothing. Not sure if that was due to the potential storm predicted (thankfully we had no rain) but if that was the case, it should have been explained. But overall, a nice experience and I would recommend it.

Wow! Had a great time. Lunch was delicious. The tour/view of Tom's River was great. Loved the Captain's information about the history of the area. The captain and crew were great. River Lady was beautiful. Loved it. Will definitely do it again. Great way to have lunch with friends on the water. Highly recommend.

We had a private party on the upper deck. The captain and crew were fantastic! The River Lady is a unique way to tour the bay. The food was also delicious. I look forward to taking another dinner cruise soon!

This was our 3rd cruise with the River Lady and it never disappoints! It was the perfect lunch date to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The staff is always so kind and the views are beautiful.
