Impressed! Impressed! Impressed! River Saint Joe is a beautiful brew pub. When we arrived, we were greeted with welcoming smiles. Our server was attentive and patient, especially since I had a lot of questions. (I was excited that the menu noted that Bit of Swiss is one of their venders. I asked if they had anything from Bit of Swiss in house at the time. Our server took the time to find out for us. Our carryout order was ready in under ten minutes, and the staff was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. The food was amazing! It was certainly worth the drive from South Bend! The Autumn Harvest sandwich paired wonderfully with the Fernwood ale, but the chicken barbecue and bacon cheddar sandwiches were also excellent alongside that fantastic ale. The ale itself is rich and complex in flavor—great on its own or with a meal. We will definitely be returning!

We love River Saint Joe! The rotating menu is always full of delicious goodies and the beers never disappoint. This was about our 10th time visiting, but the first time eating inside. It was quiet despite their being other parties there, and felt airy with gorgeous high ceilings. Great overall vibe.
