We went for high tea last Saturday and were incredibly impressed by their exceptional customer service, which made us feel very welcome. It reminded me of the excellent service I received during my travels and at the Intercontinental Hotel in Hong Kong. The staff were attentive to our needs and made eye contact as we spoke, reminding me of the excellent training I received when I worked at DKNY many years ago. We felt truly special. Joan, the front of house manager, went out of her way to assist us upon our arrival. The restaurant's Beverage Manager, Lauren, led a fantastic team, including Noel. I was here for work with one of the tenants. It seems like a nice place. The restaurant is clean and it was relatively easy to find the person I was looking for.
