Rocco’s Wood Fired Pizza

Excellent. Let me begin by saying if you think this is a typical pizza link you are wrong. My husband and I stopped for the first time last night to get pizza and wings in front of a movie. Our neighbors have fled around the place since they opened. We went in and were greeted by the hostess. She said it was just waiting for a table. She gave us the most lovely little pizza slicer and encouraged us to go to the bar while we were waiting. The place was packed, which made us feel worth waiting. The bar area was huge. We took a drink and sat on the couches at the bar. The atmosphere was great. As soon as we set ourselves on our server, we immediately welcomed and asked if we had ever been here....

Get the Arugula Pizza. This place has stepped it up since first opening. The staff is better trained and more efficient and the food is better. Same owners as Siena and 800 Maple. Usually get many appetizers to share including the arancini rice balls, stuffed banana peppers and burrata cheese pizza. The beans and greans and pasta fagioli are served in big bowls and can be a meal its self with an appetizer or salad. The salads are large and come with a variety of vegetables. We always get the arugula pizza which is delicious and has a bed of greens on the top. Every time I leave this place I am stuffed. Many specials available as well as take out. We tried the margaritas pizza and the lemon garlic wings. They were both very good. Service was fast and friendly. Place was pretty busy for a Sunday night. A bit expensive, but worth the quality and freshness of pizza.

Absolutely delish! Many good dishes to choose from! Our table had chicken, pizza and eggplant parm. The staff was great and provided excellent insights. Try it out and enjoy it!

I love the meatball pizza so much I started makin it at home!! It's not the same but when I can't make it to the restaurant it's a nice treat at home. I can't wait to go back.
