Many precautions to avoid cross-contaimination. Everything is GF with the exception of 3 articles (scallope potatoes, roast coal and roast chicken). All GF is cooked seperate to gluten elements. Staff have a very good understanding of the celiac disease and the need to eliminate cross-contaimination. Roast meat, potato cookies, chips and gravy are all amazing! GF ice cream and other desserts. Very recommended.

Seperate fryers for chips, the staff are knowledgeable and aware of cc , roasts are very tasty. Order was ready on time
