Rock'N Firkin Pub and Grill

I have gone here for supper a number times and this time the service and food were both bad. I sat up by the bar, I had to wait for the bartender to come over (about 5 minutes,) he was talking to his friends. Got a draft beer which was nice a cold. I ordered a steak sandwich medium rare. One of the waitresses drop off my meal, I was eating my steak which was well done, I was going to send it back but the bartender never did come over to ask how my food was. So I ate about half the steak and then put it to the side. The bartender finally came over and grabbed my plate and didn't even ask anything about my meal. My friend takes me to lunch and I'm impressed with the daily special steak sandwich and chose fries and gravy. Side order of wings and stuffed mushroom caps all done too perfection and super delicious. There are not many places then can get a french fries correct for me when they are of thickness. Not only a good selection of beers but was able to do some gambling as well. Good service from the waitress clean environment which is so important you know restaurant. Thank you for my great lunch it seems all I did yesterday was hit restaurants and overrate when the food is so good.

We were travelling with friends who are originally from the Kamloops area, and they highly recommended Rock'N Firkin. We even drove all the way across town to dine here. it was great! It was fairly busy, but the food came out quickly, and the servers were friendly. They have a varied food and drink menu. We probably could have spent a lot longer hanging out here, but we had some other plans. I also noticed that they have a lot of different theme nights and performances. This is definitely a stop anytime we are close to Kamloops.

At night a get bored and I will take a taxi over there to have a couple drinks before I go to bed. You would think the staff there thought they were doing you a favor by just being in their presence. I have decided I will no longer go there as the staff are rude and I am not going to spend anymore of my hard earned money to be treated like a second class citizen. It's like the bartenders and waitresses don't understand the concept of customer service or want to be tipped. Reserve uma mesa agora

We were trying for an event at Red Beard's but didn't plan that well and agreed to wings and beer at Rock'N Firkin. Definitely a good way to spend a Wednesday night! Oh and we decided on a name CBC (Craft Beer Club - lol). Love their hottest wings and their chili wings were pretty good too. Consistently cooked through with lotz of sauce.

we had a good time here one afternoon there was 8 of us the staff was great in helping us set up a table, the food was awesome every one had a fantastic lunch, our waitress was so funny she had us laughing right away, she kept our drinks full & our bellies fuller what a great choice to stop for lunch!!

Ordered a gin and tonic and received gin and soda. Sent it back and was served another Gin and Soda. Waitress argued and said it was tonic. I told her to taste it herself. Ended up ordering a glass of wine instead. Not impressed.

Poor food and very dirty. Nachos are the only thing worth ordering because you can't mess up nachos. I would never recommend going here. Reserve uma mesa agora

Good food and also very good service! The nachos were awesome, lots of toppings. calamari was good. Will return for sure.
