This is a great place for a group lunch or dinner; we had a large crowd in the event room. However, the ceiling doesn’t do a great job at absorbing sound, so it was quite noisy and difficult to hold a conversation. On the bright side, the food was very good. I arrived a little late and missed the bruschetta appetizer (which looked great) and opted for the salad, lasagna, and a taste of the chicken marsala. The salad was the typical pre-packaged greens (which I find quite bland), but that seems to be the standard in the US, so I can’t complain too much. This is a wonderful addition to Dover Absolutely my favorite hang out in Dover!!!! Most places in Do we are not new and upscale looking. Well, this place is everything that we have been missing in this type of atmosphere! I am so proud of the owner in taking the wonderful leap in renovating the actual restaurant and adding this new lounge. I get to have the best of both worlds of having the wonderful food from the restaurant and having a great lounge area to hang out on a Friday night. I was never a fan of Italian food, but I have an appreciation for it now. I retired Asian style noodles for Italian, lol. I came to Sul Tempo as a recommendation from Yelp. This place met and exceeded expectations. Food was great: shrimp with angel hair pasta in vodka cream sauce. Sounded boring, but very delicious. I tried their meat balls... great. A house salad came with my meal as well as a complimentary bread basket. I had moscato and a signature cocktail, all great. Martinis and wine, yum... appetizers of calamari and fried mozzarella, also yummm... entrees of seafood misti (if you don't know, consists of mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, calamari and noodles in your choice of red or white sauce (I choose white sauce), lobster ravioli, crab encrusted rockfish...double YUMMMM.... Sul Tempo in Dover truly surpassed my expectations! The service was impeccable, the ambiance delightful, and the cuisine exquisite, making it a real gem. Absolutely Awesome!!! Patrick Alan were a Joy! They were both pleasant, knowledgable, Professional, fun-loving and made our trip back to Delaware Memorable. The ambiance was very intimate, classy and warm. This will definitely be my choice for a great time in the near future. Don 't Let this Gem Getaway Everyone . Try a drink , any drink and it will be wonderful , I have one Martini and YUM ! An Espresso Martini and sharing a Cheese plate with friends is sometimes what the Dr. ordered !!!! Even when I am not drinking , they dress up my drink to look more festive ! 5 stars !

The food is always amazing. Attentive and kind wait staff. I like to try different restaurants but I always come back to this place whenever I want Italian. Love the food.
