Romano's Macaroni Grill

I put an order on Wednesday night about her website for my pastor and his family to make sure that they delivered dinner for Thursday night, as his wife recently had a serious operation and was in much pain. I had 2 terrible experiences with the door on Thursday evening regarding the delivery of this food. The first driver made it through the gate of her sub-department, but never did the food, the second driver canceled the order that someone else had picked it up. Door that fell the ball BIG TIME... Michael, the manager was the reason for the 5 stars. We knew his last day would be in this situation, and he will be able to be honest with Kissimmee, we could go there because we trust the restaurant and services under his management! Taylor, should be more knowledge of the customer's specific requirements. When we say we don't eat pork and we don't do alcohol in food, they should make sure that all food comes free from these articles, but what we got was with pork and alcohol in two plates of 4. And we were the one who got caught after he had eaten it, not her. He was brilliant, friendly, so attentive, understanding and professional!! We always enjoy coming to Macaroni and Grill, the service is excellent, the food is great, we celebrated Father's Day and everything was high class! The only thing was that this time the air conditioner was a little warm but for the rest it was really good..

Thanks to our hospitable Omar server, we enjoyed our meals thoroughly and felt like at home! Our love for the mushrooms ravioli was mutual and it tasted as I remember 2 years ago! I'll be back

Very nice place. Staff wear masks and the atmosphere is nice.
