this is a 3.5 star rating. we had a good dinner and the star was the butter chicken, then the kucha with schishito paprika. the room and the ambiente are okay. down is more beautiful. we sat up and had little to no personality and a super loud crying child who cried all the time of the meal. we have headaches as a side free! the cocktails are delicious, including the non-alcoholic. service was nice, informed and prompt. the butter chicken is one of the best I ever had incredibly delicious. we share it as it is a very generous part. other items like lamb are not so big, so deliberate or ask so that they know how much food they would get. the menu is succinct, which is nice, but main dishes ar...

Such a cool place!! The food here is super innovative and has amazing flavor combinations. Coming from Chicago it was super affordable and definitely worth visiting (even on a short trip to Columbus)!The ambience is lovely and I love the regal theme with the gold/deep blue decor. My cocktail was delicious (I got the Mango Mule) and I may have even liked what my friend got (Saunf Sour) even better!We ordered the sampler, the sweet potato chaat, the cauliflower koliwada, lamb keema hyderabadi, the Amritsari shrimp and some naan! Weren’t hungry enough for any of the large plates this time but definitely gotta try them when we come back!Don’t skip: the cauliflower, the shrimp!

My family and I went to Rooh for dinner last night and it was absolutely exceptional. I savored literally every bite. Our entire table ordered the 4 Course Chef’s Tasting Menu, so I was able to try a wide array of Rooh’s offerings. My favorite dishes that I ate were the Grilled Prawn Small Plate and the Sea Bass (with basmati rice or saffron rice). The sauce on the grilled prawns was particularly outstanding for its incredible flavor, a touch spicy with fantastic Indian spices. Excellent all around: service, food, atmosphere, and meal pacing– I highly recommend!

I visited Rooh on Valentine's Day and had an amazing dining experience. We arrived early for our reservation and were able to enjoy some drinks at the bar. The cocktails were excellent and the bartender was very friendly. We were seated upstairs, which had beautiful decor. We started with the avocado chat as an appetizer and it was delicious! For our main course, we shared the jackfruit kofta and the grains and vegetables pulao, both of which were incredibly satisfying. I went to Rooh on Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal. We got there early for our reservation and were able to grab a drink at the bar. The cocktails are top notch, and bartender was friendly. We were seated upstairs which was nicely decorated. We had the avocado chat as a starter and it was delicious! We then shared the jackfruit kofta and the grains and vegetable pulao and were super pleased with our meal. Very tasty! We will definitely be back.

The cocktails and food at this restaurant are divine. The atmosphere is very stylish. I especially enjoyed the vegan options on the menu. Everything was outstanding. I tried the Jackfruit cut, flower cabbage, chickpea curry, roti, and mango sorbet, all of which were excellent. The cocktails were also fantastic and very creative. A must-visit spot in Chicago!

rooh was a fantastic experience and the best Indian food I believe in chicago. service was standard, fast and accommodating. eating was delicious, and the best dish I think was the bengali lamb shank. beautiful cocktails and in a busy opposite. recommend this place and make them the cook-suck menu that is 4 courses, $65 per person.

We were fortunate to be seated at a cozy table near the sitting area. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. We loved the drinks, and our favorite dishes were the Jackfruit jewelry and the sweet potato cat. Reserve uma mesa agora

we had the best date night experience at rooh! the atmosphere was so intimate and comfortable. they had incredibly complicated cocktails delicious, hearty eating. the service was incredible. I can't wait to go back!

rooh was amazing! everything we ordered was delicious and the service was great. they have great options for vegan and gluten-free. I will definitely be back to try the happy hour!
