Rosemary Rocksalt - Lonsdale

I love bagels so naturally I had to try Rosemary Rocksalt. The bagels are delicious. We had a Hastings Sunrise and a steveston sandwich. The shop itself is a nice environment but the cost is quite high. For 2 bagel sandwiches and two ice teas it was $30. The staff were friendly. We would eat there again. Although we didn’t buy any bagels to take home, they looked fresh and delicious and we might buy them in the future. They also had a great selection of take home cream cheeses.

Horrible customer service. Rude and negligent employees. In a world where we are carful where we spend our money this place is not worth it! Managers Linsay and Andrea offered no solutions or compensation for ruining our day off. Honestly with Tim Hortons in the neighborhood I would just go there. Better prices and at least the staff will get a simple order correct.

Most of the time this place is a shambles, the bagels are not ready, they have tun out of ingredients, you name it. The organization is hopeless. If you can get served the food is good, but more often than not the lack of organization ruins it. Used to be OK, not sure what happened over the last 12 months.

We used to purchase our bagels from this place, but today we were in the area and found out they no longer accept cash. Trip Advisor also posted a negative review about them. Good! Let's boycott businesses that refuse to accept cash.

I thoroughly enjoyed my bagel however the service was a little bit slow. 4 stars.
