I also noticed that they don't have their own dedicated fryer, which is a concern for someone with celiac disease. Additionally, I found it surprising that they charged extra for pasta, and the server mistakenly charged me for a dessert when she shouldn’t have. While they do allow modifications to the menu, it would be great to have clearer communication about what’s safe.
