The staff in the dining area are very attentive and clearly enjoy their job, without being pushy. The front bar of this restaurant is nicely designed and quiet, while the back TAB bar has a well-planned layout with a spacious outdoor area. The bar staff are friendly and attentive, and the establishment is always clean with newspapers available for customers to read and relax. The restaurant is bustling on Sunday afternoons, although I have not tried the food myself. However, the prices for drinks are very high - $20 for 4 pots of Carlton is considered standard by some, but I personally find it too expensive. I celebrated my 30th birthday with you more than 15 years ago, have enjoyed several meals at your restaurant, and most recently brought residents from the aged care facility where I work to dine with you (we will be returning in January). Food is generally good. Large portions. HOWEVER, there is no waiter service; all food and drinks must be ordered separately by going up to the bar. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous. Also, they refuse to provide containers so you can take home what you don't eat. Also ridiculous. Cannot recommend on this basis alone.

Visit here all the time for the Parma. The best Parma in the town hands down. Rest of menu is pretty large quantities. Expensive for pub grub. But as I said a must for Parma lovers
