Rostick - Reservar uma mesa

This lovely Italian restaurant has two levels. Top level was brightly lit and looked like it catered for younger families (or that's what I thought I briefly saw). We were ushered to the lower level, which is called Nelly's. It was less brightly lit up, which was perfect for a romantic dinner with my husband. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious. The only odd thing was that they had a tv switched on and playing a movie in the background. It was on mute, but it was still a little weird to have a tv in a restaurant and at times a little distracting. I would recommend this restaurant.

Lorenzo, the owner and chef, is a marvel at front house as well as preparing all the food I don’t know how he does it, but the results are second to none. You cannot be anything other than impressed with this restaurant. If I lived in the area then I would become a regular as indeed are many of his current customers.

We were visitors to Eastbourne and found this place more by chance than design. Lunch is quite quiet but with a full menu available and everything we had was excellent with great service and reasonably priced. We would have gone again but unfortunately it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays!

Very friendly and down to earth staff. They also serve the best homemade pasta you will ever have. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome, and for your dish recommendation, it was superb!

Very good food if a bit pricey. Was quiet on Sunday lunchtime maybe due to bad weather or the virus or the prices who knows but the quality of the food was very good.
