last Sunday after the visit of the choirs in vallorbe (recommended.) we went with three children who are very used to go in restaurants. welcome was initially skeptical, we had foie grass, which was very good. then trio of tartaric acids. the only tartaric acids that were good were the ferra. the salmon was too salty, the bark was moderate. very good local wine. the children had gloomy, they were also moderate. we will try again when in neihgboorhood

very welcoming atmosphere in this beautiful restaurant. eating was delicious, they started by serving everyone a really nice and refreshing starter that was perfect for a hot summer afternoon. then we had the pariser bark perfectly cooked, beautifully presented with delicious mushrooms and a...divine schalotte sauce! all employees were really nice and spoke French, English and German. recommend this restaurant!

an absolute joy in terms of everything; eating, service attention to detail, friendliness, the look and the feeling...total excellent. I'll take all my visitors here. stylish without snobbery and simply fantastic eating. good to be away from the tourist areas in the village. many parking places close to. Vegan and vegetarian dishes belong to the normal menu.

oktober is the perfect time to enjoy hunting menus in the gaulois. after a wonderful starter of wild mushrooms, we decided to go for the brain. the meat was perfectly cooked and so delicious. the classic side shells presented themselves beautifully. the proposed lirac red wine. was the perfect kompagnon for this great food.
