Route 14 - Reservar mesa

Three of us stopped here for a bite to eat and a beverage, and we're happy that we did! Route 14 appears to be a popular restaurant because it was buzzing with people and activity. We were there for lunch and the patrons were energized and having fun, as did we! Our server, Amanda, was smiling and welcoming, and told us that Route 14 is soon expanding because of demand for more table space. Fantastic! I ordered the seafood chowder with a side of garlic toast, washed down with a glass of Cab Sav. - delightful! I encourage you to check this place out.

although my family went after a series of fighting, the server was really good and eating very tasty. the curry was spicier when I could take care, but I think that's my fault to order a curry. it was busy, but our water was always filled and everything was okay. the blueberry basilikum and mango orange sorbets are both vegan, but make sure they ask because there is a soak they put on that not. they are very pretty and so delicious. our server knew what was vegan and what was not and twice checked with the cook each time, without even asking them.

I tried to order a veggieburger and asked if it was milk in the rolls. they didn't know, but to their credit they said they would find out and put it on their to-do list. they offered an salad pack for the burger, but I didn't feel that way. they could make me a vegan salad. but different from that, they really want a lot in the menu. the waitress didn't seem much to know what could be vegan. she was nice.

Good variety on the menu. Friendly and attentive service. Has a small town local bar feel to the place, and there is not a ton of seating. I had the very delicious burger. An over abundance of fries which were excellent. I would definitely return and might even make a special trip, it's that good. Reserve uma mesa agora

the service is great, the server was apologetic there were not many vegan options. there is a veggie patty, so it is a no-go for vegans. we ordered the apricot salad (especially the only other option next to a side of fries), which has honey in the vinaiigrette if the one problem is for them.

Busy when we went, but late arrival meant a table for 6 could be accommodated. Food was of a high standard, mojito chicken was different and adventurous without failing on taste and quality. Children were very well looked after. Good value for the quality of food.

Great little place to eat in Sooke. Lots of delicious sounding choices on the menu and the clubhouse was very tasty. Very small and popular, so difficult to get a table at times.

We ended up here as a random choice having parked across the street intending to do sushiIt was a good choice.
