Rox Grille - Reservar mesa

Good drinks, great karaoke and fantastic staff, both bartender and server. My wife lost her wallet and I went back the next morning to see if it was there. Dino dropped what he was doing to and went to great lengths help me and my 9 year old daughter who was tagging along, find the wallet. He showed me a level of customer service I haven’t seen in a very long time, and even gave my daughter a cookie on our way out. I will most definitely be back every time I’m in the area!

Food is ok. Service hit or miss. Expensive drinks. We just went there Saturday because I saw on Waukesha eats someone suggested their pizza. I have had cheap frozen pizzas that tasted better. There was zero flavor! Also I have stopped in there Just to have a drink and gamble. And you have to compete with the kitchen help on the machines Most bar owners frown upon that. I have left there twice because of that. So the bartender is now missing out. I leave really good tips.

Food was cold and there wasn't anything worth bragging about, had to ask for my drink and bill. They weren't overly busy either.
