Tuesday afternoon, and after a harrowing morning, needed bad to go somewhere to recharge the brain and eat a bite. what a wonderful place inside and outside. it was made by the employees, small but interesting menu something for everyone) but on the carvery. can not praise the quality high enough. even if I did not starve, I stacked my plate with great selection at different sides (sevening) and the generous portions of bark and turkey. other available meat products) beef was as delicate as the truthahn (not dry) . went for the option with pudding and had to take it as home option. Great eating, great environment, friendly staff, great value.

We stayed at the camping site behind the pub for the weekend and had a great experience. The other campers were friendly and the facilities, including electric hooks, water tap, new showers, and toilets were all in good condition. The owner of the pub deserves a special mention for going above and beyond for us, even offering to tow our car to Liverpool when it broke down. Highly recommended pub and campsite. I recently visited this restaurant and I already can't wait to go back. It's a great spot to stop at after a long walk, and they even welcome dogs. The space is large and welcoming. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with fries and enjoyed it with a pint of Guinness. Everything was delicious and the staff, as well as the locals, were lovely. Highly recommend.

I adore this pub. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the manager is beautiful and helpful. I lost some money there, and the manager found it and kept it safe for me until I returned. She is honest and kind. I highly recommend this pub for its fresh carvery and wide selection. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed. - Mandy
