Royal Oak Inn - Reservar uma mesa

We had our first visit to Bowness and were delighted to discover this dog friendly pub! We were greeted warmly and enjoyed the fantastic food, with generous portion sizes for both starters and mains. We tried the liver pate starter, as well as the gammon and meat potato 'slab' pie. The food was so satisfying that we didn't have any room left for dessert! We highly recommend this place as the perfect end to the day. Thank you to all the staff.

My wife and I visited this restaurant yesterday. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man working at the bar. The food was delicious, home-cooked and served in generous portions. We ordered the steak pie and hot beef sandwich, both of which were excellent.

we have just visited the royal oak for a afternoon drink, but for lunch. young couples were so friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. 10 from 10 to everything.

This pub is very basic and unremarkable. The staff were unfriendly and we left our drinks. We would not go back on our next visit to Bowness-on-Windermere.
