Last night, on April 5th, 2023, we requested that the restaurant ensure our food was hot/warm when we ordered, as our delivery the previous week had been cold. We are regular customers, ordering nearly every week and spending approximately £150 a month with them. When the delivery driver arrived, he insisted that we open the food in front of him to verify its temperature.
