Friendly one-man operation. The licorice was good, the waffles were expensive but also good. There were crunchy pieces of frozen water in all of the other 6 flavors we ordered. Temperature fluctuations? Instead of Amarena I was sold a Nature at the Russian 30%. The sheep's milk tree nut had a flavor that was far too discreet.
