Ruby River Steakhouse - Provo

Ruby river was very good. The only problem we encountered was that they had NO RECORD OF OUR RESERVATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 30 Minutes to be seated. 30 minutes is not a bad wait time for a Friday night without a reservation. The hostess told us that this happens often. WHY???

they refused to recognize my online reservation. they wanted to get rid of them. they were annoying. said: I could wait 45 minutes, like all others. had no explanation for how I made the reservation when they get rid of it. not remained. will never go there.

ribeye steak was excellent. ask for freshly grated meerrettich. the rack of the ribs were very delicious and juicy on the inside, but the outside was a little hard. our server was excellent.

the restaurant did not recognize our reservation via opentable. they said they did not receive any reservations about their business, so their service was pointless.
